When you're stuck on a toll road, lost in Oklahoma, you tend to get creative.
Don't you? I did.
It started with a song ... and turned in to a three-day karaoke festival in my car.
Sing with me. Won't you? =)
And please, no lectures on the dangers of reckless driving.
What else does one do while lost in Oklahoma enjoying car karaoke? Take pictures of course...

I loved this post. And I am thinking more and more that you and I were separated at birth, because this is something I would totally do! Thanks for sharing.
p.s. Those are AMAZING shoes.
LOVE IT! So very fun. And might I just add, ditto to Casee about those brown and white polka dotted shoes? I'm green with envy.
That was awesome girl! How has over 15 years gone by since you lived here, and you're still the same fun lovin girl? Sorry, I still haven't mastered the Electric Slide, despite the zillion times you tried to teach me :(...

Love the shoes! LOVE the car Karaoke. Great photos! Love your blog. I guess you got UNlost?
You are very creative. I would have been stressed. Liked the pictures and the shoes.
Love Mom
Casee - we could totally be sisters. =)
Gina & Casee - yes, A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. shoes. Black and white, although they do look a little brown in the pic.
Laramy - OMG, how the heck are ya?
Ellen - I'm known to be a little crazy at times, yes. =)
Betty - Totally unlost now. Thinking I need to take another road trip to Oklahoma though. It was SO fun!!!
Mom - Phew. Thanks for not lecturing me on my driving!! Ha. I LOVE YOU!
Well heck Sarah, If I was 20 years younger and single.. We would have had some FUN road trips. Reminds me of my younger days. You are SO fun loving (like I USE to be, haha).
This was great! All the best to your mom. I wonder here and there how she is doing.
I can see myself doing this, but I wouldn't have a clue as to how to RECORD it and put it on you tube. It reminded me a little bit of one of my favorite movies...Planes, Trains and Automobiles. If you haven't seen it yet, rent it! My favorite part is when John Candy is singing and playing the piano on the dashboard!
Wow, I just realized that I made the blogroll. I am moving up in the world!
